1. Introduction

These Terms govern use of orvanta.ai, orvanta.cloud, and all subdomains. Users must accept Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Communications

Users may receive product updates and marketing emails. Opt-out available via unsubscribe link.

3. Purchases & Payment

Accurate billing information required. Company reserves right to refuse/cancel orders for pricing errors or fraud. All prices in EUR.

4. Subscriptions

Billed monthly or annually on a recurring basis. Auto-renews unless cancelled. Valid payment method required.

5. Fee Changes

Company may modify fees with reasonable prior notice. Changes effective at end of current billing cycle.

6. Refunds

Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase (aligned with EU consumer protection).

7. Content

Users retain ownership of scripts, flows, and data created on the platform. Company does not claim ownership of user content.

8. Prohibited Uses

Standard list: illegal activity, exploiting minors, spam, impersonation, reverse engineering, denial-of-service attacks, introducing malware, unauthorised access.

9. Age Requirement

Service for users 18+ or with parental/guardian consent.

10. Accounts

Users responsible for account security. Must report security breaches immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

Orvanta platform, branding, and original content are exclusive property of Blue Code Garden B.V. Protected by copyright and trademark law.

12. Feedback

User feedback may be used by the company for product improvement without compensation.

13. Third-Party Links

Company not responsible for third-party content or services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranty

Service provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantees of uninterrupted service. Enterprise SLA terms apply separately.

15. Limitation of Liability

Company not liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate. Company may terminate for Terms violations. Users can export data before account closure.

17. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

18. Changes to Terms

Company may update terms. Users notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
